State Director: Mr. Ricky J. Todd, V Dan

Mr. Ricky J. Todd, 4th degree black belt is a certified ITF/USTF instructor. Mr. Todd was born in St. Joseph, Missouri and joined the United States Air Force at the age of 18. Mr. Todd began his Taekwon-Do training in March 1983 under Mr. Gary W. Meek, VI Degree. During his travels he also had the opportunity to train under Mr. Gordon Jue, V Degree and California State Director for 3 years. He has attended numerous seminars, tournaments, demonstrations and promotion testings in the United States and overseas. Mr. Todd has operated schools in Wichita Kansas, Whiteman Air Force Base, Missouri, Incirlik Air Base, Turkey, Mountain View, California and now is the assistant instructor for Meekis International Taekwon-Do in Bellevue, Nebraska. He was the associate publisher for the California USTF Taekwon-Do newsletter and the current publisher for the Region 3 newsletter. He a former USTF State Director for Kansas. In March 1996, Mr. Todd was appointed as the USTF Nebraska State Director and the Armed Forces Director by Master C.E. Sereff, VIII, President of the USTF. Mr. Todd has been fortunate enough to have trained many students to black belt in his travels and has attempted to help spread the art of Taekwon-Do while in the Air Force. Several of his students have left the Air Force and are teaching their own schools in several states. He is a paralegal in the United States Air Force and married to Martha Todd also a IV degree in the USTF. The Toddis have two children.
