- Started Taekwon-Do in 1982 Under Tae Hee Ye (One of the Origional ITF Instructors on the East Coast, Pictured in the Original Text "Taekwon-Do" By General Choi Hong Hi)
- Received 1st Degree Black Belt 1986
- Trained Under Suk Hun Kim Starting 1986 (Tae Hee Yi Relocated to West Coast) Received 2nd Degree Black Belt 1988
- Training Under Master C.E. Sereff and the USTF in 1988
- Received 3rd Degree Black Belt 1991
- Received 4th Degree Black Belt 1994

- Coach of 1994 U.S. Team Members Kelly Stone and Lisa Cacioli (Gold Medalist and Co-Captain)
Member of 1994 USA World Championship Demonstration Team (Malaysia)
1995 ITF INternational Instructors Course Santa Barbara, California
In addition to the honor of being Connecticut State Director, Mr. Chacioli also holds the rank of ITF Class "B" Umpire and USTF Class "B" Umpire. He also has given numerous public demonstrations and been featured in many news articles in both print and television concerning traditional Taekwon-Do.
