I've been using 198.11.23.12 as the address for hydra-atm.colorado.edu.
I will make the changes in the BGP peering statements at NREN Chicago and
Goddard. I want to wait and make sure I get responses from all the peering
partners. If changes have to be made, I would like to do them all at the
same time.
