The route to jsimpson-h has been down for some time now.
Caren Litanyi, CU's internetworking contact, says that
CU's routes are carried by the vBNS and that NASA may
not be listening to them.
Could someone investigate this from the NASA end?
I currently don't have access to a jsimpson account.

I recommend contacting NASA. Appears to be their problem. Since they
have a whole NOC operation to deal with these things, you should start
there. This is what I told Ralph a long time ago, I believe.
Physics is only the beginning...
If NASA thinks we can do anything about this they are free to contact me
directly. But my first indication was it's their routing to us. Our
routes are certainly carried by the vBNS. Have them figure out why they
aren't listening to them.
