ANL is now announcing 140.221.0.0/16 at NREN Chicago. traceroute
from hydra-atm1.colorado.edu to yukon-14.mcs.anl.gov shows correct

Can't test from yukon-14.mcs.anl.gov. Account request for NREN has not been
processed yet. Minimum three weeks to process paperwork for account.
UMN is now correctly routing over NREN (thanks Tim & Tom).
U. Colorado is now correctly routing over NREN.
Still awaiting response from U. Chicago (r_rusnak) to set up peering. Not
required for this phase of the application.
Work still needs to be done at GSFC. Routes TO GSFC from the application
hosts I've tested go over NREN correctly. Routes FROM GSFC to the application
hosts take the wrong path, they go out over the ISOLAN and out over the FIX.
I've requested some help from the system/network admin staff at GSFC to
assist in resolving this problem.
