A critical issue needs to be resolved immediatly. I therefore would like
to concentrate this weeks conferance call compleatly and totally on how do
we get multicast up and running and when it will happen. Critical to this

I am basically taking the position that if we can't get the initial
experiment up and on line - all other discussions are just so much wasted
