The ANL/ESnet multicast connection has been converted to PIM.
This should allow the next phase of testing (a 1 Mbps feed from ANL)
to proceed. At this time, ANL is unable to bring up a PIM session with
the vBNS simultaneously due to some bugs in the Cisco code. We we
try the vBNS feed at a later date.
