This is the kind of problem I like, one that's already been fixed
by the time I find out about it (I've been out of the office a couple
of days). :-)
I did some nttcp transfer tests from jsimpson-h to hydra-atm1,
transferring 128 MB of data using a TCP window size of 1 MB and
a buffer length of 64 KB. The transfer rates are better than
during the period of network congestion, but still less than
the highest performance seen during my earliest testing last
June, which ranged up to 74.5240 Mbps.
