David Guevara of NREN/ARC has contacted vBNS about this. This
must affect the multicast traffic.
I have two questions:
1. Will vBNS fix the route
jsimpson-h.gsfc.nasa.gov -> hydra-atm1.colorado.edu
and who negotiates this?
2. Will vBNS exchange MBGP routes with NREN for
commando.lerc.nasa.gov?
Before SC98, we had multicast connectivity between
commando.lerc.nasa.gov and hydra.colorado.edu
139.88.154.28 128.138.188.3
We don't know the exact date, but since ~11/18/98 it has
not worked. We need to have this back up.
I am sending a copy of this to nren@solarz.colorado, in case
someone needs to review this history.
