This site contains the tools needed to perform High-Resolution Ring-Diagram Helioseismology. Below are links to landing pages for each individual tool.
ATLAS
This code performs tile tracking, power spectrum making, and multi-ridge fitting all in one go. It is a combination of the FRACK, PSPEC, and MRF codes and is optimized to run on supercomputers.
FRACK
This code performs the tile tracking and projecting needed to turn a set of Dopplergram images into a set of tiles.
MRF
The Multi-Ridge Fitting (MRF) code extracts mode parameters from a ring-diagram power spectrum. This follows the procedure of Greer et al. 2014.
MORDI
The Massively-Overlapped Ring-Diagram Inversion (MORDI) code performs 3-D inversions on frequency shift data from a single tile size. This is an OLA inversion that utilizes translational invariance in the data for efficiency.
PSPEC
This code takes a single tracked tile and creates a 3-D unwrapped power spectrum.
