On our last conference call (this morning) all of us agreed that we would
like to try an experiment using the multicast test session you have up.
Could we get you to push the transmit speed of that up to 1 megabit/sec at
some predetermined time later this week? The idea is to stress the DVMRP
routing we currently have in the network in preperation for live broadcast.
If you agree and we agree on a date and time, I would like to be able to
notify the group 24 hours in advance via the mailing list at
turbulance@ciocc.arc.nasa.gov. If this is agreeable to you and your
networking people, I would like to do it this Thursday, 7/30/98, at some
time that is convienent for you.
