Oaky Beach, a little North of Batemans Bay Another view Not quite sure what flower this is... - but here is a closer look
There is a little puddle of water in the middle of this tree The gum trees all shed a layer of bark in the spring - look at the pile at the foot of the tree Some spectacularely layered rocky cliffs An orchid of unknown species
See if you can find the lace monitor lizard By the campfire Strange rock formations, just North of Durras - could it be remains of fossilized stromatolites?
Some of the oldest known life on Earth? - still to be found alive at Shark Bay, WA I need to find out... The grey rock is obviously softer than the black stuff.
Another unknown flower A view from above A detour (South) on our way home to Canberra Nice place
Maybe we should come back some day
